Farm of Ideas
 
I spent a summer at Farm of ideas - a small organic market garden in Denmark established by chef Christian Puglisi.
The farm brings chefs and farmers together to produce food that is fresh, flavourful, seasonal and ecologically sound.

The pictures were taken when Denmark was experiencing its hottest summer in a century.
